- Post Graduate’s should produce valid certificate attested by HOD. The delegate should be in a training program during the time of the conference and the letter should mention the same. The letter or ID card should be valid till September, 2025
- Conference Kit for Spot Registrations subjected to availability.
- Registration for the Conference is mandatory for all participants.
For Offline Registration

- Make a Cheque / DD in favour of “Clinical Infectious Diseases Society” payable at Vellore
- Send the duly filled up Registration form and the Cheque / DD to be sent to Conference Managers address.

- 50% refund (Only registration fee) before 30thJune 2025.
- 25% refund (Only registration fee) before 15thAugust 2025.
- No refunds after 15thAugust 2025.
